A new site has sprung up providing skateboarders with information on skateparks worldwide.

Sk8Loc8 currently provides details for over 1400 UK skateparks and counting. 

US Skateparks are being added daily and you can also add skateparks yourself.

The site also has a skatepark directory where you can search by town/city, county/state, skatepark name or country.

Improvements said to be in the pipeline are...

• 'favourite skateparks' - create a collection of your favourites
• user photo & video uploads

Do want, but everywhere appears to be sold out....

I just stumbed across this design of the new skatepark that is soon to be opening (3 weeks according to the woman who answered the phone) at Southglade Leisure Centre over in Bestwood....
